	Social Committee - Responsible for planning and hosting all social events for the neighborhood, including the summer picnic and the holiday party.

	Architectural Committee - Regulate neighborhood construction such as additions, fences, garages, and other structures to ensure compliance with neighborhood rules. Signoff from this committee is required when seeking a building permit from the City of Wixom.

	Block Captains - Responsible for notifying the Board of new neighbors and passing out fliers when required.

	Parks Committee - Monitor common areas and coordinate general cleanup, maintenance, and beautification efforts.
